1. Who am I?

My name is Ancuța Pașca, I live in Alba Iulia, and I am a chartered accountant and tax consultant, an active member of both CECCAR and the CCF (Chamber of Tax Consultants).

2. What business do I have?

I run my own accounting and tax consultancy office, through which I offer my services to both sole proprietorships (PFAs) and limited liability companies (SRLs). I work both physically and online, especially if we are not from the same locality.

In addition to routine accounting, I work with entrepreneurs in consultancy sessions, where we analyze together specific cases from their business and the tax and financial implications of the decisions they want to make.

3. Who do I help and with what?

I work with people preparing to start a business and with entrepreneurs who already have a PFA or an SRL.

I help those just starting out to understand which organizational form suits them best, based on their activity, their current situation, estimated income and expenses, and development plans.

For those who already have a business, I handle the accounting and taxation aspects and help them understand their business figures, obligations, and the options available to them.

I also created the project "What to choose: PFA or SRL? — Personalized analysis based on your figures and plans." During the consultancy session, we build and compare concrete scenarios together, both for those starting out in entrepreneurship and for those who want to re-evaluate their current organizational form.
