For over 20 years, I have worked in human resources consulting, both in corporate and entrepreneurial environments. I have been close to people, objectives, and results, but also to the exhaustion that quietly accumulates.
I have seen what the constant pressure to prove oneself, the need for perfection, the fear of making mistakes, and the daily stress that can lead to burnout mean, and I have lived that same pace myself.
In such a moment, I discovered painting as a space where I could breathe, feel, and be. Art became the honest language through which I reconnected with myself and found inner balance.
As I began to share this experience, I discovered that many people find themselves in the same feelings – fatigue, a need for a break, a need for meaning and authentic expression. Thus, I began to create and facilitate art-based wellbeing events, safe, warm, and non-therapeutic spaces where the creative process matters more than the result, and participants can reconnect with themselves, slow down, and feel.
In addition to the creative experiences I facilitate, I also create original paintings that convey emotions and messages, suitable for any environment – home, office, hotel, restaurant, or other spaces. Each work adds personality and atmosphere, completing the space with energy, color, and meaning.
Through painting and the wellbeing events I facilitate, I offer people the opportunity to allow themselves to slow down, feel, and meet themselves. It is an invitation to transform art into a tool for balance, presence, and reconnection, whether through paintings that bring life to any space, or through creative experiences that nourish the soul and generate a sense of wellbeing.
