I work with people who want more clarity in their relationships, in their choices, or during a period of change. In individual sessions, we explore together what is holding them back, what matters to them, and what steps they can take in the desired direction.

I facilitate experiential workshops and storytelling circles, where listening, imagery, and questions open up conversations about the things that, in the daily rush, we often leave unsaid.

My approach combines warmth with questions that bring new perspectives. I respect each person's pace and create space for reflection, as well as for concrete choices that make sense beyond our meetings.
