About Sabina-Irina

My career has grown organically.
First came university: Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD in Psychology.
Then, Human Resources experience – I've been doing this for over 10 years now.
Then came coaching training. This way, I realized I could help others develop systemically – at work and in their personal lives.
My biggest accomplishment is the Camino de Santiago in 2024. That's how I gained the confidence to dream even higher.
And I believe each of us can achieve this, with the right people by our side. My goal is to help you find solutions aligned with your values, connect with your passions, and enjoy a balanced life.
