I am a trainer, coach, and consultant with over 18 years of experience in HR and business, working with managers and teams to build action plans, development programs, and upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
My approach combines strategic clarity with authentic human development, helping people and organizations transform goals into real growth.
Through the Strop de curaj project, I create and deliver workshops for children, designed to prepare them for the skills of the future: critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, and adaptability.
