About MIREINA SRL - ALINA BUCUR

I am ALINA MARIA BUCUR, a soft skills trainer, coach, and facilitator, and I guide women who give a lot and receive little to raise their sense of self-worth and change how they see and position themselves in life and career.

I work with women who are used to managing on their own, high-achievers, and responsible, but who feel they constantly live under tension or excessive responsibility.

I am a certified coach according to ICF (International Coaching Federation) standards and practice holistic coaching, in which I combine working with mindset, emotions, and energy with applied exercises to produce real changes, not just awareness.

What sets my process apart is the safe space and gentle pace in which transformation takes place. Each woman is guided through a personal journey, moving from overload and control to confidence, clarity, and inner stability.

This process is summarized in my motto: "From Warrior to Queen."

In the "FROM WARRIOR TO QUEEN" program, I had the impression that Ms. Alina Bucur was speaking strictly to me, only about my problems, wounds, shortcomings, and blockages; I didn't feel like I was in a group course. I felt comfortable, without guilt, writing my thoughts in the chat and receiving feedback to understand what was behind those thoughts. I still run from some emotions, from some experiences, but here, in this program, we work down to the root of the problem, and the result is maximally beneficial. I thank you with gratitude for all the exercises every evening—they were liberating, even if I didn't realize it at the moment—and for the fact that I was drawn to participate in this program; I will certainly continue to attract other programs for working on myself.

I attended the online course held by Alina Bucur and I can say that it was a very useful and well-organized experience.
