With this thought, I enter every home.
I started supporting mothers almost 10 years ago, over the phone, when friends would call me from the maternity hospital needing advice, encouragement, or simply someone to listen to them.
Back then, I discovered that this is what I want to do for the rest of my life.
In the meantime, I became a nurse, a SAMAS perinatal educator, and a birth doula, but I remained the same person who stands by your side when things get difficult.
Through ProniaBebe, I am alongside families before birth, during labor and delivery, and also after they arrive home with the baby.
I offer prenatal education, birth preparation, emotional support, postpartum consultations, and guidance during the baby's first weeks of life: newborn care, maternal recovery and adaptation, as well as support for the father in discovering his new role.
I believe the postpartum period deserves just as much attention as pregnancy and childbirth. Because once they get home, parents need information, patience, encouragement, and someone to remind them that they don't have to know everything from day one.
I am a mother of three and I know that perfect mothers do not exist. There are only women who try, every single day, to do their best for their children. And who, sometimes, need a little care themselves.
And I am here for that."
