About Touch Tech

I am Carmen Mihalca, a programmer and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in developing software and web solutions. My journey in technology began in 2001.

Over the years, I have developed custom software projects, web platforms, online stores, and digital solutions for companies in Romania and abroad. My technical experience covers full-stack web development, databases, e-commerce, technical SEO, and the integration of technology with digital marketing.

I am the co-founder of Touch Tech, where I develop web and digital solutions tailored to business objectives. For me, an online project is not just about code or design, but an ecosystem that must be functional, fast, easy to find in search engines and AI, measurable, and capable of generating results.

One of my major projects is Antreprenoare.ro, a community I started building in 2018 and whose online platform I launched in 2020. Here, I combined my programming experience with my expertise as an entrepreneur, SEO specialist, and digital marketer, building a space dedicated to the promotion, education, and connection of female entrepreneurs.

I have also launched other educational projects, Eduprenoare.ro and Filedevis.ro, continuing to use technology to transform ideas into projects and communities with impact.

I also participate in podcasts and interviews where I talk about programming, technology, entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and the experience of building projects from scratch. I share both the technical side and the real challenges behind developing a business and a community.

For me, programming has never been just about writing code. It is about understanding a problem, finding the right solution, and building something that works in the real world. Technology, entrepreneurship, education, and communities are the elements that best define the projects I develop.
